Changes to the myIR login screen are coming You will not be able to use myIR between 1pm Saturday 8 October and 8am Monday 10 October. This is so we can update our external authentication system. From Monday 10 October the myIR login page will have a new look and feel, but the login process will not change.

Each intermediary has different access and security requirements in myIR.

The 'Manage agency' functions in the Intermediary centre menu allow you to tailor your staff and client access controls. 

To review or change the access role for staff, select the ‘Manage my profile’ link at the top right-hand of the screen and under the I want to.. menu, select Manage additional logons.

From the ‘Manage my profile’ link you can also manage access roles and account permissions for your agency’s business accounts and set up a new logon.
