Planned system outage | Our online services (including myIR and submitting information using software providers) will be unavailable from 6pm Friday 14 to approximately 4pm Sunday 16 March while we complete some system upgrades. Hamilton (Home Straight) public counter is temporarily closed | Our Hamilton Public Counter will be closed from Monday 3 March 2025 and re-opens on Monday 17 March 2025. For anything urgent, you can call our contact centre.

You can now view return and payment information for clients you are subscribed to through the Intermediary Centre > My clients > Manage payments and returns. You can also see other linked relationships such as a nominated person.

You can filter by account/tax type, balances (debit or credit), payments (pending, posted, not submitted or reversed), returns (filed, not filed, pending or required) and periods (all, current period or previous period).

All web logons can view this information based on client list security settings and subscriptions. There are restrictions for access to the account based on account permissions e.g. those with read only access cannot file returns from here.
