Tailored tax codes

New tailored tax code (TTC) requests are on hold from Monday 24 June 2024, so that we can use the new tax rates that apply from 31 July. We will restart processing in the week leading up to 31 July 2024. 

As part of the personal income tax changes, we’ll recalculate and issue new certificates to existing TTC customers and their employers. This will affect around 7,700 customers. 

We’ll send a notification to TTC customers on 9 July to let them know about the upcoming recalculation. 

Tax agents with mail redirects on will receive this notification and certificate.
