We’re planning to close some of our systems from Friday 14 March 6pm. We expect our systems to be available again by Sunday 16 March 4pm.
During this time, our online services – including myIR, SPK2IR and Gateway Services – will be unavailable.
We need to update our systems in preparation for changes that come into effect on or before 1 April 2025.
The outage will not affect any saved drafts or web requests in myIR.
There will be further messaging as a reminder, closer to the date.
