  • get to know our candidates to decide if they are the right fit
  • help the candidate work out if we are the right fit for them.

We tailor our interview questions to reflect the selection criteria and requirements for each role. Our interview process gives all candidates a fair and equal chance to show us their:

  • motivation.

We want people who have the desire and ability to adapt and change with us as we continue to evolve as an organisation.

Our interview experience

We do our best to prepare our hiring manager and panel with training and support. We want to ensure our interviews are welcoming, inclusive, informative and fair.
