Speed up the processing of your tax return by completing a Financial statements summary - IR10.
Before you start
You'll need your IRD number and your financial records.
In myIR, go to your income tax account
Then select 'More'.
Select 'File or amend a return'
You'll find this under 'Payments, refunds and returns'.
Then select the return you want to file.
Include IR10 as a secondary form to file
Follow the prompts until you reach 'Select secondary forms that you want to file'.
Then select 'This return will include IR10 Financial Statement'.
Fill out the IR10 as part of your return
Use these guides to help you fill out the form.
Log in to myIR
Download and complete the IR10. Print, sign and attach the form to page 3 of your return. Keep a copy for your records.
You do not need to send us your financial records.
