StationeryXpress is an online service that lets tax agents order our forms, guides and other stationery online.
Before you start
You'll need:
- your agency's IRD number
- your agency's address
- a contact person for your agency
- the contact details for your contact person.
You'll also need to confirm if you:
- are a member of a professional body
- have a public practice certificate
- prepare returns for your employer
- prepare returns for clients other than your employer.

What happens next
- We'll send confirmation to the email address you put on the IR599 to let you know your StationeryXpress account is set up.
- The confirmation email will include a link to the StationeryXpress login page - so make sure you bookmark this in your browser.
Your responsibilities
- Make sure your contact details are always up to date in StationeryXpress.
- You'll need to let us know if you no longer need your StationeryXpress account.
