Manage additional logons in myIR

Follow these steps if you are an Owner in myIR, and you want to create a new logon for someone else to use for you or your business.

1. Set ‘Allow new logons?’ to yes
2. Select ‘Add new logons?’
3. Complete logon details and choose access role.

After the new logon has been created, you can set ‘Allow new logons?’ back to no. However if you want your administrators to be able to create new logons on your behalf, leave it as yes.
