Planned system outage | Our online services (including myIR and submitting information using software providers) will be unavailable from 6pm Friday 14 to approximately 4pm Sunday 16 March while we complete some system upgrades. We're working to fix an issue with where people's payments are going. This issue has been occurring since our systems upgrade over Labour weekend.

Payments that have been intended to pay a certain period have been going towards individual bill items in that period instead. This can make following payments difficult. We plan to return to having period payments showing as a single amount, regardless of where the payment has gone.

We apologise for the inconvenience and are working to fix this as soon as possible.
