Transaction Data Service

Our new Transaction Data Service (TDS) is shifting away from the current push model to a request model. This change means software providers will be able to request information as required.

The objective of the new TDS model is to:

• keep the scope of information available to you as a user of the TDS
• allow faster retrieval of transactional information
• allow software providers to retrieve transactions in real time
• better support the current and emerging digital ecosystem for accessing data.

All software providers are required to complete their updates by 30 September 2023. 

There should be no direct impact on you. If you experience any issues, contact your software provider for help.
