You may notice the following changes the next time you call us:
- You’ll hear a different voice.
- The prompts you hear when you call us will be shorter.
- More help for you when making a credit card payment by phone.
As well as these changes, we also have some new options.
- Customers from the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, United States of America, China, South Korea, and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region can now call us tollfree.
- We have a new phoneline that takes you through our options at a slower speed. If you would like to listen to your options at a slower pace, call 0800 700 334.
