Applications for exemptions from resident withholding tax (RWT)

We must receive and process your annual RWT exemption applications (IR451) before 31 March for them to be effective from 1 April, as they cannot be backdated.

Please make your applications in plenty of time as it’s a busy time of year for us all and there may be some delays in our usual processing timeframes.
