Hamilton (Home Straight) public counter is temporarily closed | Our Hamilton Public Counter will be closed from Monday 3 March 2025 and re-opens on Monday 17 March 2025. For anything urgent, you can call our contact centre.

We are changing our third-party vendor used for credit and debit card payments.

From 1 November, you will no longer be able to make online card payments using our website without logging in.

Customers can still make card payments in myIR or over the phone.

There are also other ways of paying.
