We have noticed that a lot of customers who subscribed to our newsletters and important updates have not opened these emails in over 12 months.

From August, we’ll begin emailing some customers to confirm if they would like to continue receiving newsletters and updates. We will send 2 emails.

The 1st will be to see whether they want to keep their subscription or not. They will be able to indicate if they still want to continue to be subscribed.

If we receive no response within 2 months, we will automatically remove them from the subscription list and send another email to let them know they have been removed.

Once removed, anyone who wants to subscribe again can sign up through our website. The sign-up process is easier now. We also have a survey for those who unsubscribe.

Now is also a good time to check you are subscribed to receive the right updates.
