We're running a planned disaster recovery test over 2 weekends in November.
During the service testing there will be 2 periods where our online services will not be available. These have been scheduled over the weekend to minimise disruption.
Services that will not be available during testing are myIR, gateway services and our self-service phone line.
Planned testing will happen:
- Saturday 16 November from 3pm until 9am Sunday 17 November
- Saturday 23 November from 3pm until 9am Sunday 24 November
We'll send a reminder out closer to the time.
