Planned system outage

We’re closing some of our systems from 2pm to 8pm Saturday 16 March. We’re planning to update our systems in preparation for the changes that come into effect on or before 1 April 2024.

Our online services (including myIR, SPK2IR and Gateway Services) will be unavailable. We expect that our update will take about 6 hours and our systems will be available again by 8pm.

The outage will not affect any saved drafts or web requests in myIR.

There will be further messaging as a reminder, closer to the date.
