New Plymouth office closure | The New Plymouth office is temporarily closed for upgrades and is expected to reopen on Wednesday 12 February.

Gisborne office temporarily closed | Our Gisborne office will be closed from 12pm 14 February 2025 until 10.30am 26 February 2025. For anything urgent, you can call our contact centre.

We have successfully completed our system update.

Our online services (including myIR and Gateway Services) are now available. Our offices and phonelines will resume normal hours from 8am Tuesday 29 October.

Return Filing

You can now file any returns that are due if you did not complete them before the shutdown period. This includes the regular 28 October GST due date. Because 28 October falls on a public holiday, this due date is automatically moved to the next business day, 29 October.

Payments

Working for Families payments will be paid on the usual days. The payment dates remain Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th October.
