Legal authority Inland Revenue may share Information with MoE in accordance with clause 46B (1) of Schedule 7 of the TAA.
Clause 46B (2) of Schedule 7 of the TAA requires MoE to share the information described in clause 46B (1) of the TAA if the Commissioner requests it and MoE holds it.
