Use this form to register a court order or voluntary agreement for domestic maintenance with us.

Make sure to save your details.

Send your completed form to us in myIR.

Make sure you let us know the message is for child support. Attach your completed IR962 form and any supporting documents to the message.

You do not need to sign the form when sending it to us in myIR.

By completing this form, you're asking us to collect payments of domestic maintenance for you. We'll use the start date you give in the form.

Once set up, we'll start collecting payments from the liable parent and pass them on to the receiving carer.
