Working for Families statistics datasets

We update the Working for Families (WFF) statistics data yearly using Inland Revenue administrative data.  

How we organise the data 

The Excel spreadsheet has notes that give important background or technical information. The second tab contains charts included on the website. The third tab has tables and data going back to 2001. 

Files to download 

The spreadsheet has revisions to the 2020 to 2022 tax years and new data for the 2023 tax year. The data may not match earlier published figures. Only our most up-to-date information is available for download.
