Before you start
You'll need to register for myIR. If you do not already have a personal myIR account, you can get one here.
See your overall payments
You can see your child support – receiving carer account from the myIR homepage. It shows the most recent payment we’ve made to you.
Child support payments received by the 20th of the month will be paid to you by the 23rd of that month. Late payments will be paid to you the following working day.

Log in to myIR
If we have received your payment by the 20th of the month, you’ll be paid on these standard payment dates.
Payments will normally show in your bank account by 3pm. If the paying (liable) parent pays late, you’ll be paid on the next working day.
